Because-you're-worth-it
In addition to a strong base salary, you will be eligible
to participate in two attractive bonus schemes (subject to scheme terms and
conditions):
- Performance
Bonus: earn up to 30% of your annual salary each year as a bonus based on your
individual and the firm's financial performance. With full transparency and
real-time visibility you can track your progress throughout the year.
- New Client Introduction Bonus: bring in a new client and we'll reward you with up to £10,000 – this applies for every new client you bring in.
