As a lateral partner you will participate in:

New Partner Orientation Programme: this one doesn't need much explanation…

Partner Academy Programme: choose from a range of facilitated sessions aimed at helping you to develop your people management, business development, financial management skills and strategic thinking.

Partner Mentoring Programme: we'll match you with an experienced partner to steer you through unfamiliar waters as you navigate your new environment and role.

Executive Education Programme: you're a partner here and now you're expected to be a great manager too. Whisper it, management skills don't always go with the territory… So we provide the opportunity to attend Executive programmes at the world’s leading business schools to support you with senior management roles.

Partner Coaching: other experts are available - our highly skilled in-house business professionals can coach you in areas you may be lacking.  

Planning your Future Programme: at the other end of the rainbow, it can be hard to contemplate retirement. Especially from a partnership you won't want to leave! We can help you to plan the exit you want.
