I joined Fieldfisher in January 2024 through the Trainee Legal PA scheme. I had graduated the July before and was job hunting when I came across Fieldfisher, once I seen this opportunity with Fieldfisher I immediately knew that this would be something I really enjoyed and would support me completely. This was the first full time, professional job I had and in the short time I've worked here I have learnt so much from colleagues about the firm, the work we do and how office life works. The Trainee PA scheme has helped me develop many skills I've had and has pushed me to learn more about how to manage my time, working within a team and provided me with confidence. The scheme works in a perfect way of showing you all the processes we need to know for the role but in a way which isn't overwhelming. All the trainers and supervisors are extremely helpful and patient every step of the way to ensure you get the most out of your training. In the scheme we move around the different departments within the firm, and I have felt extremely welcomed by every team I've been a part of, which in itself promotes better learning and creates a warm working environment. Fieldfisher has exceeded every expectation I had, the people and the social culture in the firm makes Fieldfisher an extremely enjoyable place to start my career and I am excited to see my progression with the firm in the future.

My journey in Fieldfisher so far has been such an enjoyable and positive experience. After graduating university and coming from a completely different work background, the Trainee Legal PA Scheme immensely stood out to me. It has pleasantly introduced me to the Legal field and has given me an amazing opportunity to gain experience within the industry. Throughout my time here, I have noticed the growth in my knowledge, skill and confidence surrounding the role. The training I have experienced so far within the scheme have surpassed my expectations. The various forms of training I have taken part in has coordinated wonderfully with my learning style and it has allowed me to learn to the best of my ability.
