Condor is a unique alternative legal solutions offering, offering clients a range of flexible, efficient services. Condor combines the legal expertise of Fieldfisher's lawyers with the negotiation, data management and technology capabilities of our in-house Electronic Disclosure/AI team.

Document automation:

We use Contract Express, the market-leading document automation software, to expedite the production of routine documents. This allows our lawyers' and clients' in house teams to quickly and effectively complete a first contract draft with ease. We work with our clients to see how best this software can assist them, including how they can transition from existing contract templates to efficient automated solutions.

eDiscovery / eDisclosure: 

Our dispute resolution and regulatory teams have many years' experience with eDiscovery (eDisclosure) software, covering the full EDRM life-cycle. Fieldfisher has its own in-house eDisclosure practice, members of which are well-known eDisclosure experts and thought leaders. Our eDisclosure practice is software agnostic - we provide clients with the best setup that suits and meets a specific matter's court, arbitral or regulatory needs – particularly in the context of complex data challenges. Our eDisclosure practice can also be relied on to create bespoke best practice roadmaps, as well as defensible combined technical and legal methodologies in line with court, arbitral and regulatory requirements.
