Conducting DPIAs can be tricky at the best of times, let alone when considering the complexity of AI. In this session we look at how your organisation might undertake a DPIA in the context of AI.
We will work through a case study and explore key DPIA themes through an AI lens – including lawfulness, fairness, transparency and explainability, processing impacts and risk mitigation strategies. You'll leave with strategies on how to conduct an effective AI DPIA to ensure your organisation has considered and documented the specific risks posed by AI.
