Keith represented Mr Emin's family at Inquest and throughout the civil claim against the MoD which only admitted liability in full for Mr Emin's death after the Inquest.
In September 2017, Coroner Darren Salter issued a Prevention of Future Deaths warning to the Secretary of State for Defence highlighting safety concerns, particularly around management of communications at the NATO site.
Coming into land, the Puma Helicopter hit a cable tethering a surveillance balloon flying close to the site. Evidence also revealed that the landing site was used as a football pitch by Afghan soliders, who were playing at the time of the crash.
Keith's case involved obtaining evidence from witnesses in Afghanistan, Romania, France, Slovenia and the UK.
Following conclusion of Mr Emin's case, his wife Raluca said: "No words are enough to thank you for your help, for all your efforts and work, which were enormous. I am entirely grateful for your representing our interests."
