Professional background

As a seasoned Serious Injury practitioner, I have represented many victims of road traffic collisions, cycling collisions, accidents at work and in public places and aviation disasters (civil and military) for more than 28 years. I also specialise in representing amputees, ensuring they receive the expert rehabilitation and support they need.

Over the years, I have built a strong general aviation practice representing people who suffered injury while acting as a pilot under instruction, as well as the families of individuals fatally injured in domestic and international air crashes.

I regularly take over cases from other solicitors and have been instructed by the Official Solicitor on several high-value claims over the years.

I regularly support families at Inquests.

I am a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

Ongoing cases:

  • I currently represent families who lost relatives in the Air India crash in June 2025.
  • I currently represent the family of a victim of the London Southend Air Crash in July 2025
  • I represented those injured in the Southampton RIB collision, including the family of Emily Lewis.
  • I concluded more than 100 damages claims following the Bow crane incident in July 2020.
  • I represented the family of Gordon Emin against the MOD. Gordon was killed in a helicopter crash in Kabul, Afghanistan.
  • I represented the family of the late Flt Lt Sean Cunningham of the Red Arrows, fatally injured following an incident at RAF Scampton.
  • I represented the family of 8-year-old Dev Naran, killed on a Smart motorway in 2018.
  • I represented a woman badly burnt in Dubai in an incident involving an Off-Road Vehicle manufactured in the US.
  • I represented the family of Kim Briggs, killed by cyclist Charlie Alliston, riding without front brakes.
