Fieldfisher are proud to announce that Keith Barrett will be joining their partnership on 3 January 2017.

Keith was previously a partner at Irwin Mitchell where he worked for almost 20 years representing victims of accidents on the road, at work and in public places.

Keith is regularly approached by the Official Solicitor to take over cases on the behalf of individuals who have not been well served by their previous solicitors.

In addition, Keith has built a reputation as a leading individual in the aviation sector - representing both injured pilots and the families of those who have suffered fatal injuries as a result of domestic air accidents.

He has worked on a range of cases including representing the family of the late Flt. Lt Sean Cunningham, a member of the Red Arrows who sustained fatal injuries in an incident which took place at RAF Scampton.

Keith has been recognised as a leading individual in both the Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 directories.

Commenting on the appointment, Paul McNeil, head of Medical Negligence & Personal Injury at Fieldfisher, said:

"Keith is one of the go to people for accidents in the serious injury and aviation sectors. He has worked hard to build up a fantastic reputation in the personal injury field. Keith provides further strength and depth to our serious injury and air crash claims offering and I am delighted he is joining us."
