I act on behalf of clients with acquired brain and other life-changing injuries.
I have five years' experience working with both defendants and claimants in catastrophic injury claims. This has given me a breadth of knowledge and understanding of the sector and the litigation involved. My passion lies with helping vulnerable people who have suffered serious injuries, and I fight hard for their best interests.
I have been involved in multi-million-pound settlements for clients who have sustained injuries in road traffic incidents, accidents at work and while involved in 'adventure sports'.
Their injuries range from mild cognitive difficulties to catastrophic brain injuries requiring 24-hour care. I am experienced in the appointment of Case Managers, setting up rehabilitation regimes and working with protected parties. I also have experience working on fatal accident claims, and I understand the importance of balancing a professional relationship with providing sympathy and compassion.
I am proud to have supported several charities, including the Child Brain Injury Trust, Headway and the Children’s Adventure Farm Trust (CAFT).
