Professional background
I have worked in Serious Injury for more than 10 years and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2025. I am also an APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) accredited litigator.
I act for clients who have suffered life-changing injuries. These include traumatic brain injury, complex upper and lower limb orthopaedic injuries, psychiatric injuries and spinal injuries in both adults and minors. I also act for families following fatal accidents.
I support clients injured at work, by other road users, drivers involved in multiple vehicle collisions, cyclists and accidents involving electric scooters. I regularly takeover cases for clients from other law firms.
I assist clients from the early stages following serious injury to access interim funds for private rehabilitation to maximise their recovery. I recognise the need for ongoing support for my clients and their close family.
I run my own caseload and assist Keith Barrett, Partner in high-value claims. I have acted for clients at trial in the High Court of Justice.
Active cases:
- Acting for multiple injured clients including a fatality, in a cycling incident abroad involving traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury caused by a speeding driver. Court proceedings were issued and liability was resolved in full in the clients' favour. Interim payments of damages funded treatment and eased some financial burden.
- Takeover case for a client injured in a road traffic collision. Full liability admission secured and multiple interim payments obtained for treatment.
- Acting for the family of a claimant who died in a workplace incident. Proceedings are issued and a Health & Safety Executive prosecution awaited.
- Assisting with several clients injured, including a fatality, when a high speed Rigid Inflatable Boat crashed into a buoy in Southampton. Court proceedings were issued and a criminal trial concluded. Interim funds enabled the claimants to undergo treatment.

What others say…
I truly can not thank Fieldfisher enough for there kindness and professionalism shown to both myself and my then 16 year old son after what can only be described as the worst night of our lives when Joe was an unfortunate passenger in a car accident. Jack Sales and his team - i must mention Amy have made our journey so easy and have given Joe the outcome that we never expected. Thank you again for bringing this ordeal to an end and giving us both the support needed.
I am grateful for the expert professional attention to my personal injury claim after a car accident where the insurance company of the other driver at fault caused significant delays. At every contact the associate acted with great compassion and I never felt alone in my struggle to come to terms with the damages - both financial and severe bodily injuries. I feel I have definitely had the highest level of service available in the field. Thank you!
Thank you for your care and professionalism - would highly recommend!
