AI regulatory enforcement: same as GDPR or worse?

In this session we will delve into the enforcement of the AI Act: Which regulatory bodies will be responsible for enforcing the AI Act? Will they be the same in all Member States? And how will they work together?

We will not only provide answers to all these questions but will highlight what we have experienced from the enforcement of the GDPR so far — from a willingness to communicate with organisations to strict enforcement and sanctions — and attempt to predict to what extent the enforcement of the AI Act might be comparable. Guests will also gain knowledge about the potential fines and the status of the AI Office.
