Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP has advised Mirabaud Securities LLP & Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited in relation to the placing of shares of Mood Media Corporation with a value of £73.5 million.

A team led by corporate partner Anthony Brockbank advised Mirabaud Securities LLP & Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited in connection with the placing of new shares to finance an acquisition by Mood Media Corporation of DMXN Holdings, Inc. Mood Media completed its placing of 31,800,000 common shares raising £73.5 million (C$114.5 million) before expenses. The proceeds of the private placing were used in part to satisfy the consideration payable in connection with the acquisition of the DMX group.
