European law firm Fieldfisher has advised Virtual Pricing Director (VPD) on its acquisition by Aderant, a leading global provider of business management software for law firms.

The transaction marks a significant milestone for VPD, a pioneering legal pricing platform founded by Richard Burcher, and reflects the growing demand for innovative solutions that transform how law firms approach pricing and profitability. The acquisition positions VPD to scale globally under Aderant’s umbrella, enabling law firms worldwide to benefit from advanced pricing technology and data-driven insights.
