With over 15 years’ experience in medical sciences law and digital health, Marguerite has particular expertise in IT contracts and data protection.
Marguerite has represented medtechs, biotechs, medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers, healthcare organisations and insurance companies on a wide range of issues including GDPR and local data protection regulation, AI, cybersecurity and SaaS licensing.
Prior to working in private practice, Marguerite was at telecommunications operator, Orange, managing the Group’s healthcare activities.

This move follows on from other investments in the firm’s European Life Sciences and Healthcare and Technology sector groups through the recent hires of data protection and privacy specialists Ciara Burke in the firm’s Dublin office and Sarah Tedstone in London and the additions of life sciences regulatory experts, Partner Robert Jappie and Director Taly Dvorkis also in the firm’s London office.
Fieldfisher’s European life sciences sector group is co-headed by Janita Good in London and Olivier Lantres in Paris. With legal experts in key European hubs, they support clients on transactional and regulatory matters, including corporate, commercial, intellectual property, regulatory, privacy and dispute resolution.
