Our Brussels office has received glowing recognition for its dispute resolution and corporate practices with particular praise for a number of standout individuals in dispute resolution and corporate/M&A.
The firm's Brussels office opened in 2007, and has since grown to almost 50 lawyers and is led by Belgium Co-Managing Partners Jean-François Germain and Claudio Mereu.
The office was praised by clients and peers in Chambers for its particular eminence in the fields of dispute resolution and corporate/M&A, including special commendations for a number of notable practitioners.
Dispute resolution
Our Belgian Dispute Resolution team were ranked in Band 4 in Belgium, with the team described as:
"[Representing] clients in a wide range of commercial and corporate disputes in the pharmaceutical, gaming and construction industries. The team assists with cross-border litigation, representing clients in contentious competition investigations, distribution disputes and infrastructure projects.
