European law firm, Fieldfisher, has launched reproductive and family health platform, Maven, providing everyone in the UK offices with free 24/7 access to reproductive and family health support via an online platform and mobile app.
Maven provides virtual support from, conception, pregnancy, postpartum, returning to work, parenting, and paediatrics - all the way up to the child's 10th birthday.
Since its introduction, Fieldfisher employees have had access to:
- an assigned Care Advocate who serves as a trusted guide to help navigate Maven, connect with providers, and support through every step
- on-demand video appointments with providers across more than 35 specialities, including doulas, mental health specialists, lactation consultants and infant sleep coaches to name a few
- articles vetted by Maven doctors, nurses and coaches
- the extensive library of provider-led virtual classes, covering tips like breastfeeding, newborn care, postpartum stress management and more.

Alongside Maven, all Fieldfisher UK colleagues have access to Bupa Menopause Plan (supporting colleagues to effectively navigate their menopause journey both within and outside of work) and Bright Horizon's Work + Family Spaces (service for when regular care arrangements breakdown providing up to six paid sessions per registered member per year for back-up care).
