Fieldfisher named on new Legal Panel for Government for Trade and Investment Negotiations and International Investment Disputes

14/10/2025

European law firm Fieldfisher is pleased to announce it has been renamed as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Legal Panel for Government agreement, reaffirming the firm’s position as an experienced legal adviser on international trade matters.

Fieldfisher has been named on the following two Lots:

  • Lot 4a - International Trade and Investment Negotiations
  • Lot 4c - International Investment Disputes

The firm's International Trade in London team, led by Andrew Hood, will continue to work alongside its experts on international investment disputes, led by Tracey Wright and Alexandra Underwood, and teams from RRH Consultores and Appleton Luff. Together they form a multidisciplinary team of international trade specialists with deep experience advising the UK Government as well as governments around the world. The team brings together public sector insight and private practice expertise, having supported bilateral and multilateral negotiations, litigated high-profile trade and investment disputes, and advised governments, trade bodies and global businesses on compliance with international trade commitments.

Andrew Hood, Head of International Trade at Fieldfisher's London office, commented:
"We’re delighted to be reappointed to the CCS’s Legal Panel for Government and to deploy our exceptional International Trade and Investment Disputes teams. This reflects our long-standing commitment to supporting the UK’s global trade ambitions with practical, strategic legal advice and supporting governments and business alike in defending their investment interests."
