The Equity Capital Markets team at Fieldfisher in London has successfully advised Windar Photonics on its £5.5 million fundraising initiative, executed via an accelerated bookbuild on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

Windar Photonics (AIM: WPHO) is a pioneering technology group known for its advanced LiDAR wind sensor technology and software suite. This technology helps wind turbines generate more electricity in an efficient and cost-effective way. The fundraising seeks to secure capital from new and existing institutional investors and other parties, aimed at driving growth, providing general working capital, enhancing the executive management team, and reinforcing the company's balance sheet as it progresses on its profitable growth trajectory.

This fundraising marks Fieldfisher's first transaction with Windar Photonics as a new client, and team was led by Corporate partner Brad Isaac, with dedicated support from associate Caitilín Hepworth and Solicitor Adam Spinner in London.
