Fieldfisher's response to the conflict in Ukraine

As a European law firm with links to the CIS region, we are appalled by, and condemn the invasion of Ukraine.

In addition to complying with all sanctions and other legal requirements, we will categorically decline any new instructions for state-backed Russian entities and will terminate all Russia-related instructions that facilitate the Russian military action in Ukraine.
 
While we are subject to strict client confidentiality rules and cannot comment on specific clients, we can confirm that we have already ceased to act for a number of clients.
 
We have also committed to supporting the wider humanitarian effort aimed at people, and in particular children, in Ukraine through financial donations and advisory assistance.
