This modern and differentiating building aims to achieve « NF Habitant HQE » and « E+C » certifications. The building will be built by Nexity. The JV will directly operate this residence under the Hackasi brand.
In this transaction, the Berlin Hyp AG bank also intervened with the notary's office Attal & Associés and the law firm LPA-CGR avocats.
