Goodbye to all that

As 2017 came to a close, clients and contacts in the industry joined us to wave goodbye to the old and look forward to 2018.

Our evening seminar and drinks reception, "Goodbye to All That?", was a look back at some of the trends and cases of 2017.  These included modifications to the design provisions in the NEC4 documents, a look at the 2nd edition of the Delay and Disruption protocol, the meaning of mutual trust and cooperation and a glimpse in to the alinea crystal ball  for construction costs. The evening ended with a state of the nation talk from Mark Reynolds, CEO of MACE.

We asked our guests their thoughts on a number of topical issues for the UK construction industry.  The wide ranging survey and its results can be found here. Food for thought for us all.
