Key provisions of the EU AI Act now apply: scope, AI literacy and prohibited practices

Some provisions of the EU AI Act became applicable on 2nd February 2025, namely the scope and definitions, the provision on AI literacy and those on prohibited AI practices.

During this webinar, we reviewed some of the key concepts of the AI Act. We also discussed the key roles of provider and deployer, and how to integrate AI literacy within your AI governance program. Lastly, we explored the prohibited AI practices and gave some practical examples of what they are, how to identify them and how to avoid being caught within these prohibitions.
