Multi-Track Claims and Draft Directions

The current Standard Directions available via the Government website linked to CPR 29.1(2) assume that multi-track claims fall into the jurisdiction of the County Court. Multi-track claims in the Business and Property Courts must follow the disclosure rules under Practice Direction 57AD (PD57AD).
