Ofcom – Public Service Content in a Connected Society

Ofcom's Public Service Broadcasting (PSB) consultation was published on 15 December 2014. Key questions posed include: what the concept of universal availability should mean in the connected world; whether PSBs should be given more flexibility to deliver content; whether the relationship between PSBs and producers should be revisited; and whether new sources of revenue could be accessed by PSBs.
