Recent changes to the UCITS Directive

We last updated our publication of the UCITS Directive to March 2013. The following is an extract from our publication which provides the amended pages, with the changes marked comprising:

the amended text inserted by the CRA III Directive 2013/14/EU, which came into force on 20 June 2013;

the updated text of ESMA's Guidelines on ETFs and other UCITS issues which will come into effect shortly (further to the recently published final Report on Revision of the Provisions on Diversification of collateral in ESMA's guidelines on ETFs and other UCITS issues – ESMA 2014/294); and
-
the UCITS V text adopted by the European Parliament on 15 April 2014.
