Fieldfisher is pleased to announce that Sara Morgan has been re-elected to represent the City of London constituency on the STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) England & Wales Regional Committee.
Sara will continue as Deputy Chair, supporting the Committee in its work to promote excellence and collaboration across the trust and estate planning profession. Her re-election reflects the high regard in which she is held by her peers and her continued commitment to STEP’s mission of advancing best practice and professional standards in the sector.
STEP is the global professional body for practitioners who specialise in family inheritance and succession planning, with approximately 22,000 members spanning over 100 countries and multiple disciplines. The England & Wales region represents 7,000 members across 24 branches and plays a vital role in shaping policy, providing education, and fostering dialogue between members and key stakeholders including government, regulators, and industry bodies.
Sara is a Director in our Private Client team and is widely recognised for her expertise in complex estate planning, trust structuring, and cross-border matters. She has been an active member of STEP for many years and is highly committed to the STEP community.
