In December 2024, we released an Enforcement Update on supply chain misconduct, marking six months since the landmark R(WUC) v NCA case. As we enter the second half of 2025, we have revisited our Enforcement Tracker to provide an updated overview of the previously discussed cases and to explore new recent global crackdowns on labour abuses across various industries (which are labelled with a “!”).
