Tiziana Germinario joins Fieldfisher as Partner, Head of Banking and Finance Italy

European law firm Fieldfisher has announced the arrival of Tiziana Germinario as Partner, Head of Banking and Finance in Italy. Tiziana's arrival will strengthen the firm's teams, bringing her expertise and track record in the banking and finance and structured finance sectors.

With twenty years of experience in the sector, Tiziana has been recognised as a Next Generation Partner in Banking & Finance and a Recommended Lawyer in Restructuring & Insolvency by The Legal 500 (2024-25).

Tiziana has worked on leading market transactions, both on the lender side and the borrower/sponsor side, cross-border and domestic, in the areas of leveraged finance, acquisition finance, corporate finance, private debt, securitisations, and financial restructuring transactions, including the structuring and implementation of innovative financing transactions linked to ESG parameters.
