The Guidelines for practising are “Richtlinien für die Ausübung des Rechtsanwaltsberufes”, and the “Disziplinarstatut der Rechtsanwälte und Rechtsanwaltsanwärter”. The relevant legislation governing fees is contained in the Austrian Statute on Lawyers' Tariffs (“Rechtsanwaltstarifgesetz”) and the General Criteria for Lawyers' Fees (“Allgemeine Honorar-Kriterien”).
