Guidance for the economic evaluation of medicines in health technology assessment

César Hernández, General Director of the Common Portfolio of NHS Services and Pharmacy, confirms that the Guide to the Economic Evaluation of Medicines developed by the CAPF (Advisory Committee on Pharmaceutical Provision) in March 2024 will be part of the documentation relating to the evaluation of health technologies.

Implementation of an automatic Apostille service for CPP submissions for finished medicinal products for human use registered in Spain

The AEMPS has announced the incorporation of an apostille service for the processing of submissions for a Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product (CPP) for finished medicinal products for human use registered in Spain. Thus, documents issued in a signatory country of the 12th Hague Convention and certified by an Apostille will be recognised in any other country of the Convention without the need for further authentication.  

The service can be found in the ‘Import/Export/CPP’ software application and will be available this November.
