We discuss the strategy to adopt with our clients, we draft the submissions before the Courts, we attend expert meetings and we appear before all sorts of Courts. These include civil and commercial first instance Courts and Courts of Appeals all over France.
Concerning cross-border litigation, when needed, we can call upon support from our teams in Fieldfisher's other offices. This means clients can receive a fully international perspective on their dispute, which can swing the balance in certain cases.
