Ownership and area of properties: discrepancies between the Registry and the Cadastre

The poor communication that has existed, until now, between the Cadastre and the Land Registry has led to frequent problems in contracts on real estate when, too often, the physical reality of a property, its cadastral description and the registration information do not coincide. This article discusses the legal tools to solve these problems.
