Professional background
I hold a Law Degree from Pompeu Fabra University, a Master’s Degree in International Business Law from ESADE, and, in 2021, I completed the General Management Programme (PDG) at IESE Business School.
I specialise in corporate and commercial law, corporate governance, M&A, and financing transactions. With more than 15 years of professional experience, I have worked for several firms, including PwC, where I began my career and spent three years; Garrigues, where I worked for more than six years; and most recently Durán Sindreu, where I spent the past ten years managing the Commercial Department.
I also teach on the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at ISDE and the Master’s Degree in Tax Consultancy at UPF–Barcelona School of Management, and I serve as a mentor in the Archimides Programme at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
