Professional background
Adrien advises French and international clients on structured finance transactions (real estate asset financing, acquisition financing, corporate financing, and debt-related operations), acting on both the lender and borrower sides.
Before joining Fieldfisher, he also worked on maritime financing transactions.
Adrien was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from Paris 12 University (UPEC) (2011) and a Master’s degree in Financial Law from Paris Dauphine University (2013).
