Professional background
I am a labour lawyer with experience since 2016, advising companies from a wide range of sectors on employment matters, strategic decision-making and conflict resolution in labour relations. I regularly advise HR departments of various organisations, supporting them in their day-to-day management. I also represent clients before the labour courts across Spain and in proceedings before the Labour Inspectorate. In addition, I have participated in the negotiation of several collective bargaining agreements.
I have been involved in a variety of restructuring processes, including transfers, substantial modifications of working conditions, employment implications in business successions and mergers, collective redundancy procedures, and workplace closures, among others, including the analysis and preparation of due diligence reports. I also provide legal advice on compliance with occupational risk prevention obligations and on liabilities arising from workplace accidents.
