Professional background

I advise clients across a variety of industry sectors including technology, financial services, telecommunications and the space sector. My experience includes advising clients on a wide range of commercial contracts, including IT and business process outsourcing, consumer terms and conditions and software licensing and development agreements. 

I have previous secondment experience having spent 6 months at Viacom International Media Networks UK, working closely with the MTV, Comedy Central and Nickelodeon brands to draft various agreements including services agreements, licence agreements, and TV production agreements.

Openreach's Equinox 2: A risk of re-opening old wounds?

On the 3rd of February, the UK communications regulator OFCOM provisionally approved Openreach's next round of wholesale fibre-to-the-premise price discounts, known as Equinox 2. Alternative network providers opposed to the discounts will now have until the 4th of March to convince OFCOM that the Equinox 2 offer will have a material adverse impact on competition, by discouraging communications providers from shifting to alternative networks.
