I advise clients on a range of intellectual property protection and enforcement matters, including trade mark portfolio management, registry issues, trade mark clearance, passing off, copyright, designs, domain names, contentious third-party disputes, and settlement negotiations.
I advise across multiple industry sectors, in particular the professional services sector (financial, consultancy, advertising, etc.) but also have experience in the fashion, pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.
I have contributed to a number of articles for SnIPpets, Fieldfisher's Intellectual Property Law blog, and am a member of IPSoc, the society for junior IP practitioners.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, watching films, cooking, and travelling.

In a judgment handed down on 24 June 2025 (Iconix Luxembourg Holdings SARL (Respondent) v Dream Pairs Europe Inc and another (Appellants) [2025] UKSC 25), the Supreme Court allowed an appeal by the appellants against a finding that they had infringed the iconic double diamond logo of the Umbro sportswear brand owned by the respondent.
