I advise both Austrian and multinational companies on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters with a particular focus on Austrian and cross-border M&A transactions.
I have particular expertise in corporate transactions with connections to the real estate sector, where I advise companies on the acquisition and the sale of companies and on planning and structuring of transaction alternatives.
In addition to my corporate law practice, I advise our clients on general civil law matters such as general litigation and shareholder disputes as well as on corporate finance and restructuring. Furthermore, I also advise small and mid-sized companies on corporate structuring and succession issues.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked for several years for a well-known Austrian commercial law firm in Vienna, focusing on M&A and general corporate representation.
I have also represented clients in civil court proceedings, criminal proceedings and also supported them in interrogations.
