I am a corporate lawyer assisting corporations, funds, national companies, family offices and private investors in matters involving cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, funding and re-structuring, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts and capital markets advice.

I have a particular expertise advising Russian-speaking clients on corporate and commercial matters.

I often assist clients from the CIS and Central Asia region, having acted for a range of clients including energy corporations, national companies, fin tech start-ups, banks and UHNW individuals. I have been involved in corporate-related litigation and LCIA arbitration matters.

In addition to Russian and English, I speak Bulgarian and Romanian.

In my free time I enjoy theatre and nature photography.
