Professional background
I am a litigation lawyer in Fieldfisher’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution department in Madrid, where I provide expert legal advice to multinational companies, SMEs, funds and individuals, and manage legal teams with full autonomy.
I have extensive experience in pre-litigation consultancy and, in particular, in the full management of legal proceedings — from negotiation and out-of-court settlements, claims and pleadings, and court representation at all levels, to the filing of all types of appeals and the enforcement of judgments. I specialise in litigation and legal defence, handling complex civil and commercial cases before all court levels. I am also well versed in international and European instruments applicable to cross-border disputes, having participated in numerous multi-jurisdictional proceedings.
My practice as a trial lawyer focuses primarily on representing clients in complex and demanding civil and commercial matters, as well as on providing criminal expertise in white-collar crime. My experience includes disputes involving civil and commercial contracts, civil liability and tort claims, corporate litigation (including challenges to GSM/BOD resolutions and directors’ liability actions), representations and warranties claims and M&A-related disputes, real estate and construction matters, insolvency proceedings, banking and finance, insurance, IT/IP, competition, complex inheritance disputes and fundamental rights matters.
