Professional background
I help pension scheme trustees and sponsors with the running and de-risking of their pension schemes.
Clients tell me they value the time I invest in understanding their business, culture and objectives and how I use this knowledge to provide clear, practical and risk-based recommendations, suited to their situation.
I work with clients of all shapes and sizes with particular areas of focus being the financial services, retail, transport, utility and not-for-profit sectors.
While I advise on the full range of pension issues, I have particular expertise in pension scheme closures and mergers, governance, administration outsourcing, de-risking, funding mechanisms and distressed sponsor situations. I also advise on the pension aspects of takeovers, restructurings and outsourcings.
