Professional background
I advise clients on a broad range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and group reorganisations. I also advise companies on general matters of corporate governance. I particularly enjoy facilitating complicated domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals. I chaired the North East Junior Lawyers Division before moving to London on qualification and continue to be actively involved in promoting and strengthening the legal profession.
