I act for a wide variety of funders and borrowers on all types of finance transactions, but my focus is primarily on bilateral and syndicated real estate finance, development finance and acquisition finance transactions.

I give practical, commercial advice to clients .

In my work for funders, I have acted for clearing banks, private banks and bridging finance providers.
I have been involved in numerous funding transactions involving the hotel, leisure and healthcare sectors. In addition, I have considerable experience of housing finance and sport finance transactions.
