Professional background
My main practice is working on a variety of netting and collateral opinions projects for a number of clients that involve the commissioning and/or reviewing and summarising of both industry and standalone primary/top-up opinions in the OTC derivatives, repo and stock-lending spaces.
Before joining the structured finance and derivatives team in late 2021, I spent six years working for a specialist alternative investment funds practice. Prior to that, I was a senior associate in the restructuring and insolvency team of a large international law firm.
