I work with clients on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, re-organisations, share capital restructurings and corporate governance matters. My previous experience has involved working with national and multinational companies in industries including energy, financial services, retail, life sciences and technology.
My recent work has included:
- Advising a pharmacy business on a series of acquisitions and disposals;
- Supporting on a private equity investment into a European advisory firm; and
- Co-ordinating and conducting large-scale legal due diligence projects (both buy-side and sell side) across various sectors.
