Professional background

Connie started her career as a Paralegal in the Banking and Finance practice in 2016, who then cross-qualified as a solicitor via the CILEx route in 2021. As a result, Connie has a broad range of experience with her primary focus on assisting in advising debt funds, banks, insurance companies, challenger banks, alternative lenders and borrowers in Real Estate Finance, Development Financing and Property Fund Finance, which include multi-jurisdiction transactions, including advising on operating assets (hotels, student accommodation, care homes and co-living schemes) as well as retail, office and logistics.

She holds a first class Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and a merit in the Legal Practice Course.
