My knowledge extends to both Chinese laws in regard to personal information protection, and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). I have experiences of advising clients on both sides.
My practice covers advising on global data protection compliance projects, internal personal information governance and data protection risk management.
I have engaged with multiple major airlines in China, providing legal services covering extensive grounds both domestically and internationally. I have also advised a variety of business including gaming, technology, telecommunication on Chinese laws.
In addition, I held Certified Information Privacy Professional (Europe) (CIPP/E) status
and am a member of the IAPP. I regularly publish articles at well-known data protection publishers/platforms, such as OneTrust DataGuidance and Practical Law.
I received my bachelor’s degree in law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law before completing a master’s degree at China University of Political Science and Law.
