Professional background
I advise domestic and international corporate clients in all sectors on all aspects of the employment relationship.
I have guided employers through complex internal investigations, disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and performance improvement processes, as well as prepared clients for contentious Workplace Relations Commissions and High Court hearings on a variety of employment disputes, successful representing clients thereat. In addition, I have advised employers in relation to legal compliance, with particular emphasis on commercial restructuring, redundancies, and transfers of businesses, and the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions of businesses, including due diligence, warranties and indemnities.
At all times, I look to communicate clearly in a client-oriented manner.
I trained and qualified with a top-tier Irish law firm and completed a secondment at one of Ireland’s leading specialist employment law firms. I have also completed a diploma in employment law from the Honorable Society of Kings Inns. This experience has given me a strong foundation in both corporate and employment law, enabling me to deliver practical, commercially focused advice to Irish and international clients.
