She advises pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers and healthcare product distributors on regulatory issues. She also handles litigation in this area, particularly regarding health product liability.
Emma holds a Master's degree in Health Law – Comparative Health Law from Paris Cité University and from the University of Neuchâtel and King's College London.
In addition to several internships at our firm, Emma has also completed internships at companies such as UGGC Avocats and AstraZeneca France.
