I am a Costs Lawyer working on litigious matters covering a variety of practice areas including Commercial Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property & Technology, Personal Injury and Medical Negligence, Public Regulatory and Property Litigation.
I am instructed to act on behalf of both paying and receiving parties to deal with all aspects of the costs management process and detailed assessment proceedings as well as acting in an advisory capacity, undertaking negotiations and advocacy.
I provide technical advice and training internally and externally. I am also experienced in dealing with solicitor and own client costs disputes and interim applications including relief from sanction, unless orders and payments on account.
